If this event is being postponed due to the Rain Date of April 20th, we will post that information here by 8am on April 13th.  We WILL NOT postpone if it is only a chance of rain or light rain. 

 

(Please note:  We understand there may be confusion about this event.  Our Cruise in is on Sunday April 13th, not Saturday.  The museum's Grand Opening is the entire week leading up to the 13th with the big days being Saturday and Sunday.  Again, the Cruise-in is Sunday April 13th.)

 

The Morning Call Article IS WRONG !!! The Classy Cruisers Club Cruise-In is SUNDAY APRIL 13th 11 am – 4 pm.  It IS NOT on Saturday as stated in this article.

            The Classy Cruisers Club will be hosting its 16th annual Car Show, June 21st, 2008.  The event will again be held at the Trexlertown Fire Company and has a large show field for participants, vendors, and games.  We are expecting 350 or more antique, classic and special interest vehicles for this years event.

             We are in need of door prizes (valued at $15 or more) and donations. In addition, T-shirts (for our T-shirt launch – 2nd and outdated shirts are fine), hats, goody bag stuffers (pens, key chains, magnets, etc… with your logo on), or gift certificates, and of course cash, are also greatly needed.  These are all excellent ways of advertising your company.  If providing a door prize or donation valued over $15 you may send us up to 200 company flyers to be inserted in the goodie bags.  All sponsors get listed on our website as well as recognized at the show. (Note: Our web site averages 30,000+ total hits per month)

             The Classy Cruisers Club is actively involved with Camelot House for Children, a home for chronically and terminally ill children and their families.  Those children who are able to, attend and participate in the show.  They mingle and help our club members however they can giving them a feeling of involvement with the event. 

            When making your decision, please consider our charity, Camelot For Children.  Proceeds from this event go direct to them and your donation will go along way to put a smile on some of those young faces.
